1. Shipping Coverage

VEVOO currently delivers orders across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

Delivery to some remote areas may take additional time depending on courier coverage.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after they are placed and, where required, confirmed by our customer support team.

Our team may contact you to confirm your order and delivery information, including your name, phone number, city, and complete address.

Please make sure all information provided at checkout is accurate.

3. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is:

• Major Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Cities: 3–7 business days

• Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

VEVOO may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable terms will be clearly mentioned with the promotion.

5. Cash on Delivery

VEVOO may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible products and locations.

For COD orders, the customer must pay the total amount due to the courier upon delivery.

Please provide an active phone number so the courier can contact you when required.

6. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you may receive a tracking number or shipment information from VEVOO or our courier partner.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been dispatched.

7. Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to:

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Courier delays

• High order volumes

• Transportation issues

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

VEVOO is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If additional delivery charges are required because of an incorrect address or re-delivery request, the customer may be responsible for those charges.

9. Failed or Refused Delivery

If the courier cannot deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the courier may make additional delivery attempts according to its procedures.

If a customer repeatedly refuses or fails to receive a confirmed COD order, the order may be cancelled or returned to VEVOO.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

10. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged when delivered, please notify the courier/rider immediately where possible.

Please also contact VEVOO Customer Support and keep the original packaging and product until the issue has been reviewed.

Damaged or defective products may qualify for a return or replacement under our 7-Day Return & Refund Policy.

11. Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, VEVOO may ship items separately depending on product availability, warehouse processing, or courier arrangements.

As a result, products from the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

12. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, contact VEVOO as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

13. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, VEVOO may contact you to discuss an alternative product, revised delivery arrangement, or applicable refund.
